Return & Refund Policy – KVIT Flowers

At KVIT Flowers, we take pride in creating fresh, high-quality floral arrangements.

Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers, all sales are generally final.


Damaged or Wilted Upon Delivery

If your bouquet was delivered in a damaged or visibly wilted condition, you must contact us within 6 hours of delivery to be eligible for a refund or replacement.

Please include:
Your order number
Clear photos taken immediately upon delivery
A brief explanation of the issue

If the issue is confirmed to have occurred before or during delivery, we may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Claims made after 6 hours from delivery will not be eligible, as flower condition may change due to handling, storage conditions, or environmental factors.


Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled up to 48 hours before the scheduled delivery date for a full refund.

Orders cancelled less than 48 hours before delivery may not be eligible for a refund, as flowers are prepared specifically for your order.


Delivery Responsibility

We are not responsible for:
Incorrect address information provided by the customer
Recipient not being available at the time of delivery
Improper care after delivery
Delays caused by weather or circumstances beyond our control

If delivery is unsuccessful due to incorrect information, redelivery fees may apply.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:
Custom or personalized arrangements
Same-day delivery orders
Items that have been mishandled after delivery
