• Gatineau, QC

Delivery availability depends on postal code.

Delivery Times

Delivery date and time are selected by the customer at checkout.

Same-day delivery may be available for orders placed before the daily cut-off time.

We do not guarantee exact delivery times unless previously agreed upon.

Delivery Fees

Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on location and distance.

Additional fees may apply for remote areas.

Recipient Responsibility

If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, the bouquet may be:

• Left in a safe place

• Delivered to concierge (if applicable)

Once delivery is completed, we are not responsible for the condition of flowers.

If incorrect address information is provided, additional delivery fees may apply.
