All products are subject to availability.
Because we work with fresh flowers, certain flower varieties or shades may vary slightly due to seasonality or supplier availability. We always aim to keep the overall style and color palette similar to the product shown.

3.⁠ ⁠Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in CAD (Canadian Dollars).
Full payment is required at checkout before order processing begins.

We reserve the right to update prices at any time without prior notice.

4.⁠ ⁠Order Processing & Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, traffic, or unforeseen circumstances.
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate delivery information.

If no one is available to receive the order, we may leave the flowers in a safe place at the delivery address.

5.⁠ ⁠Refunds & Quality Issues

Please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for full details.
If flowers arrive damaged or in poor condition, you must contact us within 6 hours of delivery with photo proof.

6.⁠ ⁠Limitation of Liability

Kvit Flowers is not responsible for damages resulting from improper care after delivery or pickup.

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time.
Changes will take effect immediately upon posting on the website.
